It equips the front of the battery scrubber with dual side brooms, which extends the cleaning path and allow for unique edge cleaning under racking and against walls. Another advantage of the option is that it can be used to clean out expansion joints, and avoid cracks and damage from heavy tires pushing debris deeper into the cracks. Each motor is individually powered by a motor, and the entire system can be pivoted up and turned off when not in use. The side brooms should only be used when traveling on a dry floor and in Forward.
Water for Side Broom System
250-433 Water for Side Broom System ? is a unique option which supplies a small and continuous stream of solution from the clean tank, to each of the side brooms. This reduces any dust that the side brooms could kick up, and can help extend the cleaning of the detergent. Since the system is beyond the scrubber”s side wipers, water control on turns is reduced. The system comes with a switch, so in preparation for a turn, the operator can shut off the water and maintain good water control.
Concrete Polishing Package
Concrete Polishing Package is an option that equips our scrubber to also be useful when polishing concrete floors. Depending on the condition of the concrete, customers can use the scrubber to develop a high gloss finish, without wax or any other ‘coatings—. The option includes:
Side Broom Guards
250-435 Side Broom Guards are steel bumpers mounted to the scrubber”s frame, and designed to offer enhanced protection to the side broom if so equipped. The bumpers stick out a few inches on either side, and so will increase the scrubber”s ‘minimum distance to complete a U-Turn—.
Brass Brush Driver/Idler Upgrade (Cylindrical)
250-507 Brass Brush Driver/Idler Upgrade (Cylindrical) is for applications that require unusually harsh detergents or where a auto scrubber will encounter corrosive chemicals on the floor. This upgrade replaces the standard aluminum drivers/idlers with brass.
Metal Recovery Lid Upgrade
